As many of you already know from previous Newsletters, I have stood against false moves of God that are deceiving the church at large. The most recent of these being Todd Bentley and the Lakeland “revival” which was dropped like a hot stone by the apostate God Channel when Todd was found in adultery with one of his assistants. To all intents and purposes Todd disappeared off the radar, as you would expect. I suspected the devil wouldn’t let this go, so, I watched out for him. Lo and behold, he turned up at Rick Joiner’s Morning Star Ministries where Rick was taking Todd through the “restoration” process. This process was videoed each week and is available on their website www.morningstarmiistries.org  Please only watch these restoration videos if you have a strong stomach.

I initially gave up on them as they were just a sham and an affront to our Holy God. However, just the other day, I had another look to see where it was going, only to find Todd was not only restored but leading another “move of god” at Morning Star Ministries. I watched in horror as Todd’s mentor, Bob Jones, was filmed breaking curses off him that he alleged were put on him by the harsh words of other believers.  Bob says to the camera, “Any curse you put on a person will return to you…” They won’t Bob, even though what you just said amounts to a curse (using your own reasoning that is). So Bob breaks the curse off Todd then says, “Here comes the wind, blowing it away… Let now the new gift come into Todd, a level of the spirit he has never known.” Bob then caps it all off by saying, “Now let this supernatural faith come again!”  See for your self… http://www.morningstarministries.org/Publisher/Article.aspx?ID=1000062289

In November 2008, Revival Scotland hosted a weekend conference with Andrew Strom, a well respected minister from New Zealand. Andrew knows better than most what is going on with false moves of god, having come through the deception himself. Andrew spoke on the coming time of testing for the Church, speaking about financial disaster and our need as a church to be accountable to each other. On the last day of the conference I preached on healing in the atonement and that healing is something commanded of ALL believers. If we understood this simple fact, people like Todd Bentley wouldn’t have any “ministry” at all.

His anointing is false, why? Because the Anointing, Is a person, Jesus Christ! And… he lives in EVERY believer. We are always going to be deceived if we run after some spooky “anointing” that some man or woman says they carry. I have prayed for people and they have been healed instantly. Thank God, I understand this was won by the stripes of Jesus Christ and that He lives in every believer. If I thought for a second I had a special anointing, pride would come in like a freight train. I don’t get prideful because I know that every believer, not only has this ability in Christ, but is commanded to use it! No one gets special anoints from God, the devil's the one handing out these treats. 

The bible teaches that EVERYTHING comes through Christ and that God will not share His glory with anyone. Yet the last days church still insists on holding up men in places of “special” anointing, thinking if they could only get this man of god to lay hands on them, perhaps they will “get the anointing” how absurd! If you go after a man to get something from a man, you will get infested with demonic spirits. If this has happened to you, repent and God will set you free.

After I touched on these things at the conference, we then proceeded to pray for the sick. Whilst we were ministering, three people started to manifest demonic spirits. I’ve dealt with many people like this they usually start convulsing, laughing uncontrollably, whooping etc.  Both Andrew and I realised the same demon was responsible for all three manifestations. The spirits name was “Kundalini” these people had all been influenced by this new “third wave” movement sweeping the sleeping church around the world. (please wait till the end for a visual explanation of what the Kundalini Demon is). 

As I watched Todd getting these curses taken off by Bob Jones, I saw the same manifestations in Todd and his wife. Kundalini has been strengthened in this man by a, so called, prophet of God. He is, like it or not, now highly infectious and will ravage the sleeping church once more. God TV has had their fingers burnt by Bentley’s ministry, so I suspect they will think twice

Someone recently asked me why people in God’s Church were falling for this deception. Well, part of the answer is the devil zeros in on things planted by God in every believer, in order to corrupt it. One such thing is our natural desire to see God’s church moving in power, or revival, as we seemed determined to call it. There’s a lot I could say about what we call “revival” but that will have to wait for another article. Because we have become so emotion driven, this desire can, and often is, fulfilled by the enemy. We become willing to compromise our discernment in order to satiate our longing for emotional experience, thinking this is how God has moved in past revivals.

If you do some research into genuine moves of God, like, Wales 1904 and the Hebrides in 1939, you will see that what fell on these people was extreme conviction of sin, followed by repentance. Once enough of the people came through the repentance experience, then miracles started to flow. It is my firm opinion that rather than a blessing from God, revival is first about God chastising and humbling His Church, then blessings follow.

The debacle in Lakeland with Todd Bentley, was called “The Third Wave” with Toronto and Brownsville being the first and second. I had come across Bentley some 2 years before Lakeland, and noted his very outlandish teaching as being 80% New Age. I have come across people like Bentley many times in the past 12 – 14 years, however when he turned up at Lakeland and god TV were “hyping the revival” I knew he had been elevated to a very dangerous position indeed.

Thanks largely to the godless god channel, this weird outpouring spread around the world like wildfire. I kept an eye on it through You Tube (I do not have a TV) and to my horror, I saw a young man with a Scottish accent writhing on the floor as if an epileptic spirit had seized him. Bentley asked him, “Why have you come to the revival?” He answered, “ttttooo tttake the power back tttto Scotland” Within TWO WEEKS, Christians I had never heard from in years, were sending me e-mails inviting me to come to a “power impartation” meeting in Bathgate! The Lakeland Revival had touched down in Scotland, just 14 days after it started.

Lakeland was advertised as “the most contagious anointing ever!” Brothers and sisters, what had touched down in Scotland was a hoard of Kundalini warriors from the pit of hell. To get three people together in the same room being delivered of the same spirit is very rare. Tragically it will only increase from hear on in.

This video is of Todd's new wife. Watch carefully, at the 3 minuet point the Kundalini spirit starts to manifest.

I went to Lakeland 3 times.  I was so drawn to go there. I really
thought it was of God... I had so many supernatural experiences -
to seeing a mystical Jesus with a third eye, angels talking to me,
visions, being transported. I had one experience with my daughter
being in the room and her experiencing it too. I was roaring like a
lion, had gold dust and many other experiences. The worst thing
that happened to me is that it got sexual.  This false Jesus was
approaching me sexually and I fell into it.  I still to this day do
not understand how I could have been so decieved.  I have been
a Christian since the age of 16. I am 49 now... I fell right in... hook,
line and sinker.  When I came home that last viist I became aware
it was demonic, and I was surrounded and covered with demons
literally, it was so horrible, all that I went through, you cannot
imagine... I was seeing demons and being touched sexually and
tormentingly constantly.. it has been 1 1/2 years and I am still
battling these demonic spirits. I cry out to the Lord everyday for
total deliverance.  It has been horrible. I have renounced and
repented, but still fighting.  How do we get free of this?

I can testify that I was infested with this foul eastern spirit, the
kundalini. I was in a movement from 1992 - 2000 which had close
links with the Toronto movement. From 2000 - 2006 I joined a
church with links to Bill Johnson.
I was desperate for God to move in my life and change situations
and heal hurts and was very open to ministry - I had many in this
movement touch my forehead and experienced the manifestations
you describe - drunkenness, laughing and crying, shaking. I got
dreams and visions and just before I left the structure (church) I
had a vivid dream of a huge python that came through the back
door and attached itself to my car, and also to rooms in my home.
I was very disturbed and sought the Lord for an answer.
 
It took about 6 months before I was delivered, but God brought a
couple over my path who God had trained and had victory over
spiritual entities. Every time I was in their presence, I would get
very anxious, and they would calmly pray for me and I could feel
darkness leaving and my sanity restored. It was only after 6 months
of these episodes, I was again in their presence and sensed a fight
ensue in the Spirit. I was very anxious and fearful and could feel
a huge snake in my spine - I was rigid and very uncomfortable - It
felt as if this thing wanted to throttle me and rob me of my life. I
called out to God and they quietly prayed - then I asked the Lady
to pull this serpent out of my head - it felt as if it could exit near
the top of my crown. She continued to pray and I got the word
"kundalini " in my spirit and just commanded this thing by its
name to go in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. I pled the blood
as it was very frightening, and it left. I felt like a washed out rag,
but I was free!
 
That was the last lime I had deliverance and my spiritual eyes have
since opened and God has done a mighty work in me outside of
the structure... Afterwards they were amazed and asked me what
strange term I had used and where it came from - I had no idea
except that it was God who gave me knowledge in that situation.
Thank you for the info that has made everything clear to me!I Now
have confirmation from where I was infected! May many of your
readers heed the call of God to "come out and sever yourselves"
from Babylon and its lies and deception  and foul spirits, while
there is time...

David Wilkerson also mentioned the kundalini spirit, and I
researched it in late October, after having attended the Fredericks-
burg (Virginia) Prayer Furnace at which Che Ahn ministered.
There, I saw many of the manifestations you mention: hopping
and jumping during "worship", falling backward at Che Ahn's touch,
extreme jerkiness in several cases. Very uncomfortable with this,
I came home and watched (my first time ever) videos of Todd
Bentley. Needless to say, I was appalled...

May and I watched the very first nights of the recent "outpouring
of the Holy Spirit" on the IHOP webstream and boy, did that turn
sour fast. Aside from the singing on the first night, everything was
just messed up. AHH! It's breaking my heart! How many people
do we know and love in KC?!
I've watched my beloved siblings laugh uncontrollably, jerk as
though sick, stumble and speak as though drunk, and "sing in
tongues" in complete chaos and without interpretation. I've raised
the issue among friends of being "drunk in the Spirit" and even
though I prove over and over that God is for self-control, which they
agree with, they continue to act like drunken fools! (See Titus 1:8
and 2:2; 1 Thessalonians 5:6-7 which compared in the NKJV and
NIV relates self-control with being sober, pointing to the fact that
the Holy Spirit is not one who takes delight in being drunk at all,
but in being sober-minded - fruit of the Spirit, what? Drunkenness
is the complete opposite of being filled with the Holy Spirit! For
sober-mindedness is a filling of Him!; 1 Peter 1:13, 4:7, and 5:8 ...

years were lured into the enemy's web of deception about many
of the ministries and manifestations that you spoke about. After
reading and listening to your web broadcasts we had a powerful
prayer session repenting, renouncing, and commanding any spirit
that we had picked up from these false prophets/doctrines of
demons, etc. to go from us in Jesus' name. We broke all kinds
of things off of us. Most of it was deep repentance and renouncing -
thank you for exposing the enemy and his tactics and all the
deception that the church body has fallen deeply into...

Because of the false gospel of emotionalism, we have opened the doors of our churches to every unclean spirit from hell; calling it “God’s New Thing.”

Friends, the whole end time scenario is playing out before our very eyes. When will we wake up and get right with God? Our biggest problem is disobedience! We would see the true gospel at work if we would only do what the bible tells us to do, instead of going after strange fire. God tells us to GO YE THEREFORE! We want to “soak” in our church buildings being blessed by God. If we are born of God we are blessed, but that’s only the beginning, we are called to bless others!

I quote the last part of Andrews Newsletter…

“Yes - if you have had "hands laid" or done "soaking prayer" under any of these kinds of ministries, it is very important to RENOUNCE (from the very depths of your being in Jesus' name) and also COMMAND OUT these 'kundalini' spirits or any other "anointing" that you have received. Remember, you must VIOLENTLY EXPEL these things in the name of JESUS. Be FREE in His mighty name!
 
I truly wonder what God is going to do to those ministries who have been spreading this alien spirit right through the Body of Christ. Truly, Judgment must begin "at the house of God."

God set me free from many demons 14 years ago, after which I was baptized in the Holy Spirit who then went on to tell me, “Gordon, you have been set free in the name of Jesus Christ, now, go and set others free!” We are called to wreak havoc on the kingdom of darkness, not embrace it. The enemy is absolutely terrified, that we will realize this, because he has no power to resist us. Will we rise up and get into the battle?  Or will we look for another “anointing” that we can plug our spiritual umbilical cord into?
